House Rules & Expectations
These rules apply to all Lily Pad Living houses. They're not meant to be difficult — they're meant to protect everyone in the house, including you.
Sobriety On Premises
No alcohol or illegal drugs on the property. This is non-negotiable and applies to residents and guests alike.
Employment or Active Search
All residents must be working, actively job searching, or enrolled in a program. Productive participation is required.
Respect Common Areas
Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared spaces. A chore rotation will be posted in each house.
Guest Policy
Guests must be pre-approved and are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit permission from management.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10pm–7am on weekdays, 11pm–8am on weekends. Respect your housemates' rest.
