The process

Simple, transparent, and built around you getting stable.

No complicated applications. No arbitrary hoops. Just a clear process designed to get you into a stable living situation as smoothly as possible.

The Steps

1

Reach Out

Fill out our interest form or send us a message. We'll respond within a couple of days to learn more about your situation and what you're looking for.

2

Short Conversation

We'll have a brief call or in-person meeting. Not an interrogation — just a chance to make sure we're a good fit for each other and that we have a spot available.

3

Review the House Agreement

Before you move in, you'll get a clear written agreement covering rent, house rules, and expectations. No surprises.

4

Move In

First week's payment gets you in the door. We'll walk you through the house, introduce you to housemates, and get you settled.

5

Build Toward What's Next

Use the stability to work, save, recover, or whatever your goal is. We're not a permanent solution — we're a launchpad.

What to Expect as a Resident

Weekly Payments

Rent is paid weekly and kept affordable. No large deposits or long-term leases required to get started.

Shared Common Areas

Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared. Everyone is expected to keep common spaces clean and respectful.

House Rules

Rules are clear and consistent: no drugs or alcohol on premises, guests must be approved, everyone contributes to the household.

Employment Expected

Residents are expected to be working, actively job searching, or enrolled in a program. This is a working household, not a shelter.

Curfew & Quiet Hours

Specific times will be outlined in your house agreement. Structure is part of what makes this work.

House Meetings

Regular check-ins with housemates and management to resolve issues early and keep things running smoothly.

Who This Is For

Lily Pad Living is designed for adults who are in transition — coming out of a difficult period, getting back on their feet after recovery, or just needing a stable, affordable place to regroup while they figure out the next chapter.

It's not a shelter, and it's not luxury housing. It's something in between: clean, managed, community-oriented, and structured enough to actually help.
